The Motley is based out of a loft in historic Downtown Los Angeles. 
Unfortunately, this is not a retail space and is only open for appointments.

 

SHIPPING

We invite you to receive free ground shipping on all domestic (US) orders of $49 or more.  This will automatically be applied to your shopping cart. The shipping method on those orders is determined by us. Standard shipping fees for orders less than $49 is $5 flat rate, express shipping is $8 (2-3 days) and all other shipping methods are determined during the checkout process by USPS and UPS to give you the best rate possible. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Therefore, all orders are processed within 24 hours. For delivery times, please see the chart below:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping to Canada is $12 for standard ground delivery and $29 for priority delivery.  

For our customers worldwide: We offer $25 standard ground delivery + $4 handling charge for orders under $150.  We also invite you to receive free air shipping on all international orders of $150 or more.

We ship internationally to Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, and U.K.  

Shipping options include USPS Priority International and several UPS options.  Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated automatically by the respective shipping company at checkout. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Opened or used products and sale items are returnable within the 30-day period for online store credit only.

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to have your return processed (you'll need the necessary shipping labels and packing instructions). We cannot refund original shipping costs if your order was less than $49.

 

 

RETURNING AN ITEM (STEP-BY-STEP)

Email us - we will look up the last order on file under your email address. If you are emailing us from a work email or something of the sort, please include your original email. We'll email you back a shipping label and packing instructions (hopefully you didn't throw your box away).
You follow our instructions and ship off the package, all you'll need to do is bring it to your local UPS store or drop-off center.
