We invite you to receive FREE standard shipping on all domestic (US) orders of $50 or more. Standard Shipping is $8.00 for orders less than $50.

Domestic orders are dispatched through the DHL/United States Postal Services.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Therefore, we aim to process all orders within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays). Please understand that during busier times, such as weekends or holidays, processing may take longer.

Can I change/cancel an order after it's been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

CANADA

Standard Shipping to Canada is $14 via USPS First Class Mail International. This service is not trackable and can take up to a month for delivery, although most orders arrive within 2 weeks.

 

Canadian orders please note: It's very likely that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We're happy to assist in returning or exchanging any items that might not have worked for you.

Products that are unused, in the state in which you received them and in their original packaging are returnable for a full refund. Opened or used products, as well as sale items, are returnable for store credit.

Please send an email including your name and order number to support@themotley.com to have your return processed. We will email you back with a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions (hang on to your original box!)
